IS YOUR HEALTH ON YOUR TO DO LIST?📝
We all know that healthy habits such as eating well, exercising, getting plenty of sleep and remaining hydrated is essential for improving our health.🥗
As well as improving your body shape it’s also controls body weight, improves your mood, combats diseases, boosts energy and improves longevity.😍
HOWEVER this doesn’t necessarily mean we put our HEALTH to the top of our priority list.🙉
Check out my six easy steps:↙️
1️⃣ Sleep – Ensure you are getting plenty of rest. Get to bed an hour earlier each day to give you more time to recover.😴✅
2️⃣ Steps – Increase your daily step count each day. Use the health app on your phone to track your steps.❤️✅
3️⃣ Vegetables – Spend the time this week to organise your food. Plan and prep your lunch and ensure you are consuming more vegetables 🌽✅
4️⃣ Exercise – Instead of just getting to the gym when you can. Organise when your are training this week and remain consistent. 🏋🏻♂️✅
5️⃣ Hydration – Eveyone needs to be increase hydration throughout each day. This week work on gradually increasing your water intake.💧✅
6️⃣ Phone time – People are now checking their phones multiple times an hour every single day. Rather than checking all the time just allocate set times to check through whatever is necessary for 10/15 minutes. Rather than scrolling for 30 minutes 😉📲✅
