What supplements help with weight loss?

What supplements help with weight loss?

From working with many different clients all with different goals and schedules. Most of which all want the same thing, weight loss.โœ…

Weight loss is a massive part of what i do at Body Clinic. With any conditioning programme I always have selected supplements that I recommended to optimise results & improve health.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

The top supplements I recommend:

1. Multi Vitamin โ€“ As we age our nutritional needs increase, at the same time, it gets harder for the body to absorb nutrients. A multivitamin can offset these deficiencies.ย  Furthermore, when weight loss is the goals we need to introduce a calorie deficit. Therefore vitamin and mineral intake may be insufficient to support your health especially when increasing exercise.๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿป

2. Omega 3 โ€“ Omega 3 Studies show that sleep deprivation is linked to many diseases including obesity, diabetes and depression. Low levels of omega 3 are associated with sleep problems. If your training consistency is high however your diet is poor such as alcohol, high sugar intake and processed foods. You will have a form of inflammation from your food consumption. Omega 3 helps reduce this inflammation as well as improve your sleep patterns, complexion, bone and joint health, reduce blood pressure & most importantly increase your ability to use body fat as fuel.โ›ฝ๏ธ

3. Vitamin D3 โ€“ Being overweight, having a poor nutritional intake and poor gut health can dramatically effect vitamin D adsorption. The symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are low strength, anxiety, muscle fatigue, low mood and exhaustion. Which will dramatically effect exercise. So, having enough vitamin D is important for maintaining healthy bones and teeth, protection against a range of conditions such as cancer & type 1 diabetes.

4. Magnesium โ€“ Plays many roles in the body however magnesium deficiently is one of the leading nutrient deficiencies in adults. A diet of carbonated drinks, refined sugars & processed foods depletes magnesium. Increasing exercise increased magnesium requirements by 20%. Being deficient in magnesium causes poor digestion, muscle aches, anxiety & disturbed sleep.๐Ÿ˜ด
