HOW MANY OF US WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
Weight lose is a massive subject and something that gets mentioned in 95% of client consultations.
Now the first thing I always say to every single person is not to just focus on weight lose.
THE KEY 🔐 – Is to focus on your why during any weight loss journey.
Do not train because you hate your body, train because you love your body and want to improve your health. Enjoy what you are doing and working towards rather than see it as negative.
Focus on the positives and surround yourself with positive people. A weight lose journey is a way of bettering yourself and improving your health.
