Ross Noble had the ambition to complete one of the toughest off road motorcycle events in the UK the Dawn till Dusk 24 hour. James developed a sports specific conditioning programme that fitted around Ross’ busy schedule, that included conditioning at our training facility as well as rider development on Ross’ KTM race bike. James also designed a race support pack to help with the structure of the race weekend with warm up, nutrition and hydration. Ross put on an outstanding performance and won his class overall.
