🤔NOT SURE WHERE TO START THIS JANUARY?🤔
Unfortunately there is lots of information on the internet and a large amount of people all pushing different methods and products it all gets a bit overwhelming and confusing.🤯
My first piece of advice is – JUST GET STARTED. ✅
It doesn’t need to be perfect you just need to start getting active and start to make improvements in your nutrition and daily routine.🤸🏼♀️🍗🥙
It may seem like no matter what plan you follow, you can’t seem to make much progress and scales are moving as much as you’d like. If this is the case I have got a few tips to use to help with your progress and to fit in to your daily routine. January being a perfect month to get started.😉
Now no crazy methods or drastic changes. You just need to eat fewer calories to lose weight, don’t restrict all carbs, fats and sugar in the first day. As you want last the day and with result in a poor relationship with food, which is not good for progress.
A better way of getting started is introducing Healthy Habits to your life and daily routine:↙️
✅ Start to add more low-calorie veg & lean protein.
✅ Reduce snacks to once per day, and ensure it is fruit or protein.
✅ Change your drinks and sauces to low/zero calorie alternatives.
✅ Get active and move more. Even track your steps with your smart phone.📲
✅ Start to introduce resistance training to your training a few times a week.💪🏻
Remember a crazy restriction with your diet and intense exercise may lead to faster weight loss to begin with… HOWEVER this is not sustainable. You may get through a few weeks but soon enough you will burn out. This is when most people quit.❌
So instead of getting frustrated about not knowing where to start, why not add these healthy habits to your daily routine.👌💪🏻✅
