James Burroughs is the founder of Body Clinic, James invested most of his life to being a professional athlete competing at British and European in off-road motorcycle racing. Once he decided to retire from competition James spend the next ten years of his life dedicating his life to becoming one of the highest qualified conditioning coaches in the country. James’ tried and tested formula is responsible for hundreds of physical transformations as well as numerous championships and world titles.
James’ reputation speaks for itself, and his ability to get sustainable results quickly sets him apart. James’ clientele includes a number of international athletes, celebrities and professional models. All of which demand to be in peak physical condition. Toby has been a part of Body Clinic now for two years and has played a key role in creating our athlete and physique development programmes. As Toby has progressed at Body Clinic he has also progressed with his studies completing his masters in Strength and Conditioning this year. Toby has an impressive clientele ranging from high level athletes to those who have achieved incredible results with physical transformations.

Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Specialist
Ellie joined the team earlier this year and is our head therapist at Body Clinic. Ellie has competed nationally in cheer for 6 years and has experienced her fair share of injuries throughout her competitive career. This inspired Ellie to study sports therapy at University and is now studying for her masters in physiotherapy.

As a strength coach and golf fitness specialist I have 8 years experience working with everyone from desk bound athlete to youth athletes in a variety of sports and golfers at the very highest level.

Milly has an extensive experience in personal training and a competitive background in crossfit and fitness. She specialised in injury rehabilitation which led to pursuing a sports massage qualification and is now a practising Osteopath registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). She is passionate about not only restoring balance and health through her treatments, but achieving optimum functional movement within the body.
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together. Milly has worked with a wide variety of patients and specialist clinics and enjoys treating people from all backgrounds, in both Osteopathy and Personal Training.
